The surrogacy contract stipulates that the name of the intended parents will be appeared on the birth certificate. The parental rights of intended parents is protected by law.

Sperm donation involves obtaining semen from a donor , then fertilize the eggs from an egg donor or the egg of the intended mother to create embryos. The fertilized embryos are then stored or transferred into the uterus of the intended mother or surrogate.
How to match a surrogate mother?
All our intended parents and surrogate mothers need to complete their information by themselves. Through which, you will share your thoughts and wishes related to surrogacy. After knowing intended parents and surrogate’s information, we assist you to select a matching surrogate. Once matching is successful, we will share your information with the surrogate mother and establish a video call or face-to-face communication. Once the two parties agree to cooperate together, we consider that the two parties have successfully matched.
How long does it take to match a surrogate mother?
We are one of the few company who do not need to wait in line for the surrogate. The typical match time is 1-2 weeks. Once you have talked to your favorite surrogate mother and both parties are willing to work together. At this time, you need to sign an agreement with surrogate & IMA.
How long will the whole surrogacy process take?
The length of the process varies, depending on several factors such as the success of IVF treatments, matching process, legal requirements, and more. Typically, intended parents should expect to wait around 12-24 months from the time they sign with IMA to until child birth.
Do we receive all the eggs that are donated by the Egg Donor& all the embryos? What happens to any extras that are not transferred during this cycle?
Yes, you receive all the eggs that are retrieved from your donor. You and your doctor will determine how many embryos should be transferred during your cycle. Generally, one or two. Any remaining embryos will be frozen(free for the first year,will be charged from the 2nd year) . You may use these embryos in the future at your discretion. They are legally your embryos. Most couples end up with 2-6 frozen embryos.
